Hajj Bus Data Analytics & Visualization Portal
Managing thousands of data buses would demand a lot of resources. We were able to accept the challenge for the development of a data analytics and visualization portal for Car Syndicate, which is representing 50 bus companies. Our platform is now being used to collect AVL data from over 20,000 buses that operate during Hajj. Our platform is helping Car Syndicate to manage, analyze and visualize terabytes of data collected from the buses to arrive at meaningful decisions. It is also helping them to manage historical data with up to 60 days. This robust platform has a new generation No-SQL database structure to manage the load of data efficiently and deliver intended results.

We developed a comprehensive mobile app for the group leaders, which is assisting them to get their schedules for different spatio-temporal movements in Hajj with pedestrians, train, and bus. The mobile app is conveniently showing them the path and they just need to follow it. We were also able to develop a dashboard along with it, so that the command control room can easily visualize real time data and get a better understanding about pilgrims movements in Hajj.

We are working along with the Makkah Region Development Authority or the design and implementation of a new workflow management portal. This workflow management portal will be used to hire, train, and manage over 7,000 staff members during Hajj. It will eliminate all sorts of problems associated with managing the teams manually.

Management Portal for International Pilgrim Offices
Every single year, around 50 different Mission Offices from Muslim Countries are meeting at the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to manage the season. We have developed a portal for streamlining the activities of the meetups. This portal will be used for the collection of meeting minutes, conducting e-surveys, and sharing important information in between International Hajj Offices and MoHU.

We were able to develop a cloud-based platform for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to manage 7 different establishments and over 700 offices for controlling movements during the Hajj season. It is capable of managing the movements of pedestrians as well as movements by bus and trains. This app is capable of scheduling the movements trough intelligent optimization algorithms. This will eventually result in the efficient management of people.
